If you landed on this site, you are probably like me, a parent of an aspiring young athlete with big dreams and a vision for the future. Maybe you are searching for some useful information to help your child achieve his or her athletic goals. Or perhaps you simply want to see what other sports parents do to help their children succeed. Or maybe you are an athlete yourself, who is wondering how to improve sports performance.

Get to Know Us

Hi. I'm Ewa. I have a B.A. in Biology and M.S. in Exercise and Sports Nutrition, as well as years of experience in the healthcare, science, and nutrition industries. I'm the mother of a teenage athlete and together we are exploring the many ways to improve and maximize my daughter's athletic performance, as she grows into the athlete she wants to be. I love being part of her journey and hope that our experiences can help other young athletes and their families going through the challenges associated with sports.
